9 / 1946 Dated Vintage 4.5 Wilton Chicago Swivel Base Bullet Vise Machinist Tool For Sale

Overall solid usable condition with some wear. It is in as found condition, I have only wiped it down with an oiled rag to remove dust. It was used by a single family boot and saddle shop in West Texas until very recently. The threads in the body and screw are not worn, slide is tight, and the swivel moves freely. The swivel lock nuts are missing their handles and there is a chip to the lower right body side jaw support area of the casting which you can see in the images. The chip does not however impact the integrity for the holding of the jaw insert. I believe the jaw inserts and hardware are original. I am familiar with shipping items of this weight/density, and the vise will ship disassembled within two separate wood crates that have been built to hold the components.
