The product is a lot of 7 black Hawaiian kukui tree nut leis. These leis are intricately crafted, tied with a knot between each nut.
The word kukui translates to "light" or "lamp" in Hawaiian. The nut contains oil that ancient Hawaiians burned to generate artificial light.
Traditionally given with a kiss on the cheek, receiving a lei signifies a warm welcome or affectionate farewell, with the spirit of "aloha".
Each lei is a unique and meaningful piece that represents the beauty and tradition of Hawaiian culture.
One is brown, one has small white shells between the nuts and 5 are black in color.
All good condition.
Mixed lengths.
