This is a nice selection of EASTER Holiday postcards that are ANTIQUE from the early 1900s.These postcards are nicely EMBOSSED and they have CHICKS in the design, and they show PLAYFUL SCENES. A few of these postcards are on textured wavy paper, and two have GOLD TRIM in the design. They are attractive postcards with good detail, which makes them pleasing to look at.They were madeby the same publisher. One has foreign (German) wording.

The publisher of these postcards is Paul Finkenrath (PFB), who has the very good reputation of publishing attractive and artistically pleasing postcards from 1896 -1911 in Barmen, Germany.This company is considered one of the “most wanted publishers” by collectors.The firm produced in 1896 the famous “Gruss Aus” (“Greetings From”) postcards from Germany that were widely used in the 1901-1905 era, as well as view cards of substantial quality.Their postcards are unique and have a style of their own.They put embossing, bronzing, and gold techniques into the postcards.The firm was badly hurt by the increasing World War I tariffs and the business closed. They only published for a short time and their postcards are highly sought after and valued by collectors.

These are good postcards to add to a collection.They are nicelymade, and will appeal to collectors because of their age, their colorful and attractive nature, and the way they capture life back in the early 1900s. Overall, a niceselection of antique Easter postcards at a reasonable price.

The postcards are POSTED with cancel dates of 1906 - 1908. These postcards were \"Printed in Germany\" during the \"Golden Age of Postcards\" (1908-1915 era).They have DIVIDED backs.

These are BETTER POSTCARDS and good for a collector.The postcards will keep their value! They are sleeved and in good condition.
