50s VTG Vernonware Gingham Plaid 3 pc Serving Set Platter Bowls California MCM For Sale

This beautiful 3-piece vintage serving set from Vernonware serving set is in \"Gingham\" plaid pattern. Produced by Vernon Kilns in California in the 1950s, each piece is charmingly hand-painted green and yellow dry-brush plaid under a glossy glaze. Because these were hand-painted, no two pieces are identical. Lot includes one 12.5x9 serving platter and two wide-rimmed serving bowls, each measuring approximately 9\" in diameter and 2\" deep.
They are in excellent vintage condition with no cracks, chips or structural issues. As with all authentic midi-century pottery, there are minor manufacturing marks, glaze pops and light shelf wear on the bases. These are not flaws. Please review the detailed photos as they are part of the item description.
