• The Coca-Cola Bottler — December 1968, Vol. 60, No. 9. Includes a separate printed note from editor Richard Dowis explaining the issue’s delayed mailing.
• Old Bottle Magazine — October 1978, Vol. 11, No. 10. Features “Collecting Coca-Cola, Phase 2.”
• The Illustrated Guide to the Collectibles of Coca-Cola by Cecil Munsey — 1972 copyright, later printing, hardcover with illustrated dust jacket.
• Coca-Cola: A Collector’s Guide to New and Vintage Coca-Cola Memorabilia by Randy Schaeffer and Bill Bateman — hardcover, second printing.
