International Shipping:

Orders are shipped from China, and we typically useSpeedPAK Standard('s official Partner shipping service, required for sellers in China).Estimated delivery time: 14-20 business daysto most international destinations. Somtimes it may arrive faster, but delays can occasionally occur, especially due to customs clearance.

For single cards valued over$900, we willupgrade to FedEx or DHLto ensure safe and timely delivery. For entire orders over$900, we also use FedEx or DHL, regardless of the number of items. Please ensure an adult is present to sign for and receive the package, especially for high-value orders, to avoid delivery issues.

Taxes and Duties:

The buyer is responsible for all VAT, customs duties, and any additional import fees. Refusal to pay these fees, leading to the item being undelivered, will not result in a refund. Our return policy remains final, with no returns or exchanges accepted.
