Rare 2011 Lemax Spooky Town Lighthouse Ruins in great cosmetic and working condition.

Item is in excellent cosmetic condition without any damages or repairs.
The lights and the movement are in good working condition, EXCEPT the rotating beacon which doesn’t have the light working (not sure if it can be fixed).
Comes with picture box, styrofoam enclosure, genuine Lemax power adapter, and elastic pullingstrap.
