This is a 2009 Lemax Coventry Cove Gordon's Fish Market Lighted Building. Was retired in 2010. It has a wonderful Victorian style to it combined with the rustic elements typical of a coastal New England town. The building itself measures 7" height, 7" wide, and 6" depth (front to back). The box measures 9 3/4" wide, 7"depth, and 8" height.
The building is in GOOD CONDITION! Building has been gently used. When I received this all of the tables and buckets holding the fish and shellfish were loose so I have super-glued them back in place again. Also, when facing the front of the building, the right side by the Gordon's Fish Market sign there are some cracks in the siding but that side seems to be okay structurally. The light set that came with it was missing bulb but I had a light set that I was not using that can be used as a replacement. Box has some wear to it.
When I go to pack this I will try to do extra packing around where those pieces I had described earlier so they don't get loose during shipping.
So with some repair work and care, this charming New England fish market is able to be a part of Christmas decor again!
NOTE: Yes, I do combine shipping if you wish to buy more than one item from me! Since I use Buy It Now (payments are made immediately), please go ahead and pay for the items like normal. Then please message me on afterwards that you seek to have those items combine shipped so I can be aware of it. I will do the combine shipping and typically (but not always!) a partial refund is issued if it results in shipping cost savings for the buyer. If a partial refund is owed to the buyer, I will message the buyer back with the refund amount.
