π TWO VINTAGE 1950s BIRTHDAY-CANDLE BOXES π
A charming pair of original mid-century birthday-candle packages featuring wonderful period graphics, typography and color.
Included are one Twirl-Lite box by Columbia Wax Works/Candle Craft, Inc. and one Fairy Spiral box by Candle-Lite, Inc. Both originally contained three dozen candles and retain portions of their original contents. The Twirl-Lite box holds assorted pastel candles, while the Fairy Spiral box contains blue-green spiral candles originally advertised as peppermint scented.
These are incomplete and heavily storage-worn vintage survivors offered strictly as decorative collectiblesβnot as candles for burning.

β¨ CONDITION
Both boxes exhibit substantial wear from age and storage, including toning, discoloration, staining, rubbing, scratches, scuffs, softened and bumped corners, edge wear, creasing, small tears and areas of paper loss. The Twirl-Lite box has more pronounced crushing, separation and deterioration along its edges and lower flap.
The remaining candles show age-related surface wear, wax bloom, dulling, discoloration, marks and irregularities. No claim is made that the original peppermint scent remains. Neither box is complete, and the exact remaining contents are shown in the photographs.
Because of their age and condition, these candles are being sold purely as decorative vintage packaging collectibles and are not recommended for burning or food-related use. Please examine all photographs carefully, as they show the exact items you will receive.
