There are 2 strands of varying-sized coconut shell disk beads.
Coconut shell heishi beads are small, disk-shaped beads crafted from coconut shells. The heishi technique involves perforating coconut shell fragments, stringing them on wire, and grinding them into flat, circular shapes. These beads are lightweight and often display the natural, earthy tones and textures of coconut shell, making them a popular choice for creating rustic and organic jewelry designs. The use of coconut shells in heishi bead production adds an eco-friendly and sustainable element to the crafting process.
