An Ordinance
Repealing certain ordinances relating to the selling and weighing of coal in the City of Lancaster.
Be it ordained and enacted by the citizens of Lancaster, in Select and Common Councils assembled, that from and after the passage of this ordinance, the ordinance entitled \"A supplement to the ordinance regulating the selling and weighing of coal in the city of Lancaster,\" passed the 5th day of December 1837, and the ordinance entitled \"A further supplement to the ordinance, entitled an ordinance regulating the selling and weighing of coal in the city of Lancaster,\" passed the 6th day of August A.D. 1839, be, and the same are hereby repealed.
