Price per card includes shipping.pays for penny sleeve, top loader, and envelope shipping (With Tracking). If you purchase more than 8 cards, they'll be packed and shipped in an actual box, not an envelope. If you're buying multiple cards, you'll get a $0.50 refund per card for the combined shipping.
