Original Vintage 1990s Two Chefs Bistro Restaurant Menu Houston Texas
Two Chefs Bistro was chef Andreas Zierau\'s Houston restaurant, which started at a location on FM 1960 outside the Loop before moving inside it to 2300 Westheimer in River Oaks. It cooked French food with a New Orleans accent and was remembered for its angels on horseback, a hot appetizer of baked oysters wrapped in bacon. The Westheimer address had been Armandos and then Dish before Two Chefs Bistro, and after the bistro it turned over again to Arturo Boada\'s Beso, Palazzos Trattoria and 60 Degrees Mastercrafted.
It measures 11.5\" x 9\" closed and 18\" x 11.5\" open. It has a heavy cover so shipping weight will be over 1 lb when safely packed between two sturdy panels
