1986 Samuel J. Butcher -"Let's Keep In Touch" Figurine - REPAIRED For Sale

Item is called "Let's Keep In Touch" by Samuel J. Butcher. Dated 1986. Marked with an olive leaf and printed with # 102520. It is a musical piece which plays "Be A Clown". Winds up fully and plays smoothly. On and off lever works great too.
Item has been repaired in the neck area of the little child. Whomever did the repair did a nice job. I did not notice the repair myself until I was taking the pics of it. Repair is not visible at all from the front.
Item measures about 6.75" tall by 5.75" long by 4.5" wide. Colors are nice. Item has been dusted well but not thoroughly cleaned. I'm unsure as to how to clean these items properly.
