Inside is the complete dinner menu for Sunday, February 9, 1986. The menu identifies Chief Catering Officer Vladimir Kriger and Chef de Cuisines Nikolai Orlov.
The Alexandr Pushkin was a Soviet-built passenger ship that entered service in the 1960s. After her Soviet-era career, the vessel underwent a major rebuilding and later became the cruise ship Marco Polo, operating for many additional years under that name. She was ultimately retired and scrapped in 2021, giving original Alexandr Pushkin material added interest to ocean-liner and cruise-ship collectors.
