All three are original vintage Topps Garbage Pail Kids cards/stickers from 1986, not modern reproductions.
Backs are different and are shown in the photos. Jack O. Lantern has a “Wanted for Dirty Tricks” Wisey Guy back; Zeke Freak has an Adam Bomb character/profile back; Frank N. Stein has a puzzle-piece back.
