This is a glass clown named Mindy, made by Mosser Glass. This is the 1st word "So" in a series of Mindy clowns. There are 12 Mindy's each with a word on the base. When put together they spell out "So glad I found you at the End of my Rainbow" Mindy. This Mindy is clear with an iridescent hue. Mindy stands about 4 1/2 inches tall and the base is under 2 inches.
