1) We use recycled materials to ship in. You may receive recycled packaging. This helps keep our prices low. Rest assured, however, your item will not ship in an unsafe manner and will arrive safe and sound.

3) Refunds will be given if I have grossly misrepresented the item and I do make mistakes once in a while. I'm more than willing to give a full refund as well as return shipping.
