Published by Ballantine Books in 1977 during the original Star Wars era. This portfolio presents McQuarrie's iconic production paintings and concept artwork that helped establish the visual design of the original film.
Complete set of 21 large-format printed plates with the original black folding Star Wars portfolio/folder. Each plate measures approximately 10.75 x 14 inches.
The individual artwork plates remain attractive vintage examples with strong color and generally nice presentation. The original outer portfolio shows considerably more age/storage wear, including edge and corner wear, surface scuffing/scratches, creasing and wear/separation around portions of the folds/flaps. Interior surfaces show age spotting/discoloration. Please review all photographs carefully for exact condition.
