Vintage rectangular 1975 Hand Painted Winter Scene Porcelain Dish Tray Plate 7\" x 10.5\" Artist Signed N. Mitchell 1975. Really lovely snow scene with home, barn, and bridge. Softly painted scene primarily blue colors. No markings on back only artist signature on the front bottom right. This would make a nice dresser tray or even hang with plate hanger on wall, beautiful.
