Welcome to the fashion world of 1973. McCall\'s  pattern# 3743 junior size 7/8, bust 29\", waist 23\" is a vest and skirt combo, NO blouse pattern. The fitted, lined  vest has \"V\" fitted hemline at the waist. The neckline is scoop front with high rounded back. The front of the vest laps over for buttoning. Welts can be added to the front. The skirt has a soft flare with darts at the waistline. It has a left side zipper and can be made above the knee or ankle length. This is a cut, checked, complete pattern including instruction sheet.
