Discusses the opening of a Volvo plant in Chesapeake, Virginia Includes 3 factory photos with caption sheets showing the plant and executives, some stapled press release documents and outer folder. Press kits were only available to automotive journalists and are very rare as a result. Folder measures 9" by 12"
