Today I am offering a rare vintage 1950s stacked donut salt and pepper shaker set made in Japan. This classic mid-century novelty set features four individual donut-shaped ceramic shakers with hand-painted anthropomorphic smiling faces and cursive "salt" and "pepper" markings (2 salt, 2 pepper) that stack over a wooden center post base.
*Set Includes: 4 Ceramic Shakers (2 Salt, 2 Pepper), 1 Wooden Center Spindle Base
*This is in vintage pre-owned condition consistent with age. Ceramic rings feature clear glaze and original hand-painted faces/lettering. Please review photos for full details.
Thank you for taking a look!
Please remember that the color might be different due to the computer pixels, photo quality and lighting.
Please ask every question before buying because I do not offer returns. I want you to be happy with your purchase but want to avoid the hassle for both of us for dealing with a returned item.
This comes from a smoke free home.
Enjoy!
