Vintage Royal Haeger MCM BLUE & GREEN DRIP GLAZE Ceramic Genie Onion TABLE LAMP
Genuine 1950s, not a repro
Size 31.5\" tall to tip of finial, lamp is 19.5\" high from base to neck of socket. 24\" around at widest point in middle. Round brass metal base is 6\" diameter
Magnificent classic Genie Bottle/Onion Bulb shape with an elongated neck
Features THE BEST application of the green/blue drip glaze that I\'ve seen in a Haeger lamp to date [and I have seen many]. It is stunning- the rich emerald green and vibrant peacock blue colors are mottled and swirled together where they join and throughout. Incredible colors- fantastic. Lamp looks super from any angle.
The long neck of the lamp is mottled blue but has a green top, where it joins the brass neck- another unusual feature.
Lamp base is a round metal platform in a brass tone. Felt furniture pad on underside protect table surfaces.
Excellent condition- works perfectly. This lamp is in flawless condition other than some slight dulling to brass base, normal for age. Lamp is not scratched, chipped, or damaged in any way. Metal base undamaged. Lamp is tightly and securely put together, no loose parts. Ready to plug in and use.
Comes w original harp, heavy solid brass finial. The harp is the type that can be changed out [up to buyer] for a shorter or taller one depending on the desired lampshade [shade not included].
Has original 2 pronged dark brown cord which is 59\" long, NOT in need of replacing, not brittle or cracked. See all pics and use zoom as pics are part of description.
Heavy, thick furniture felt on underside to protect table surfaces. Looks original and is very clean.
A fabulous lamp for a collector or someone that appreciates classic MCM lamps- this is a beautiful statement lamp. Would look gorgeous in any room- it\'s a \'WOW\' lamp.
