The larger horizontal diagram of a cooling system is marked F-3. The F-3 was used by Boston and Maine Railroad during the 1950s. The EMD booklet is consistent with what would have been provided to users of the locomotive from the manufacturer.
This envelope is labeled module 4 as part of a multi-part series for railroad staff training. Envelope is 8.5\" x 11\" and everything fits inside.
Overall good to fair condition varying by document. Envelope shows a split seam at top and discoloration marks. EMD booklet shows staple rust and a detached cover. Documents may show discoloration spots in locations. Otherwise documents show signs of corner, edge, and surface wear. Item as pictured.
