Exceptionally scarce original corporate advertising presentation dated November 15, 1950, prepared by H. E. Harris & Co. for the Kellogg Company.
The cover reads:
“A Proposal for Increasing Sales of Kellogg’s ‘PEP’ by Using Postage Stamps as Premiums.”
This is not a consumer-issued stamp album. It is a bound sales and marketing presentation created to propose placing packets of foreign postage stamps inside boxes of Kellogg’s PEP cereal.
The presentation includes:

H. E. Harris & Co. was one of America’s most prominent stamp companies and played an important role in introducing generations of children to stamp collecting. Kellogg’s PEP cereal is also widely collected for its vintage advertising, cereal-box premiums and connection to classic radio and comic-character promotions.
This unusual presentation documents the behind-the-scenes development of a proposed Kellogg’s cereal-premium campaign. It has crossover appeal to collectors of Kellogg’s advertising, PEP cereal, vintage food premiums, corporate advertising archives and philatelic history.
We have been unable to locate another publicly offered example of this exact presentation. Its precise production quantity and surviving population are unknown, so no claim is being made that it is the only existing copy.
The original binder displays age-related edge wear, corner wear, creasing and surface wear. The interior pages remain generally clean and well preserved, with expected age toning and some discoloration around mounted materials and adhesive areas. The original stamps, sample packet and promotional pieces remain attached as shown.
