Original 1912 legal appraisal report regarding the condemnation of a right-of-way for the WICHITA FALLS & NORTHWESTERN RAILWAY COMPANY through Beaver County, Oklahoma. This multi-page, typewritten deed (Deed No. 54) documents compensation for numerous surveyed tracts across Township 5 North, Range 25 East and adjoining sections, with strips of land generally 200 feet wide, 100 feet each side of the railway’s center line.
