It is captioned \"Loop the Loop, Coney Island N.Y..\" Illustrated Post Card Co. was an American publisher from 1904-1914. Their cards were made in Germany until 1909, when they began making their own cards until their closing in 1914.
The card is in the unposted condition shown in the photos and described above. It has light to moderate edge and corner wear.
