Seth Hopkins rebuilt and renamed the store Seth Hopkins & Mansfield. So these were exclusively designed/signed right before The Great Baltimore Fire. High end Hand Painted French porcelain with apple green border and heavy raised gold gilt. Floral golden lattice scrolls with a center gold medallion. 24 K gold Infused Trim rare.
