Antique Sheffield Paring Knife with Carbon Steel Blade and Celluloid Handle Made by Alexr & Clark
Alexr & Clark was founded in Sheffield, England. Like many of Sheffield cutlery firms, the early history of Alexr & Clark is a little unclear.
This is the fine quality knife produced from the famous city of blade Sheffield in England. Sheffield is renowned for manufacturing of fine knives.
This knife has the blade hand forged from the fine carbon steel and tempered to achieve greater toughness providing the long-lasting keen edge cut-ability. The blade is fitted with celluloid handle and secured with pin ( top to bottom ) to good fitting for durability, strength, & balance.

Maintenance Suggestion:Hand wash only in warm water after using, especially if used on foods that have acidic sauce/liquid. After washing it, wipe the blade and handle completely dry.Use of electric knife sharpener or dishwasher not recommended.
