Antique ANSONIA Tuxedo Ceramic Floral Mantle Clock is a charming piece from the Victorian era, featuring intricate floral designs in beige, pink, green, and blue colors. Patent stamp on the inside says PATENTED JUNE 18, 1882.
This mechanical mantle clock, with a weight of about 7 lbs, is solid and contains all its parts. Was working until a few years ago. Could use a cleaning to get it going again. I\'ve made a short video to demonstrate how the ticking sounds and how the chime sounds. It\'s a beautiful antique object whether working or not, but if you have access to a clock shop that repairs and sells clocks, you could get it going again. No idea what would be the cost of that. In the past we had a clock man here and he kept all the clocks going with occasional maintenance. Must go to the city now for such services.
