Mary Geiger has applied to me for a warrant of survey, of a piece of ground on the East side of Church street, between Vine & Rockland streets, adjoining property of Mos. Geiger on the South and Orth Fulton on the North in order to the line of a building she designs erecting.This is therefore to authorize and require you, or a majority of you, to regulate, mark and set out the proper line of such building at the place described, within five days from the presentation of this warrant, and the date of such presentment at the time to endorse, and the said warrant to return to me on the day of its execution with the date thereof, and the signatures of the acting Regulators thereon endorsed, agreeably to the first section of an Ordinance passed May 1, 1849, entitled “A supplement to an Ordinance, entitled An Ordinance directing the duties and compensation of the Regulators of lots and streets within the city, passed June 2, 1818.”Witness my hand and seal, this 3rd day of Sept Anno Domini, 1875.Signatures & Attestation:
