Here is an ORIGINAL \"WARRANTY DEED\" from Lyman Hendrick (1820-1912) to Ellen Hendrick. This document was received at the \"Town Clerk\'s Office\" on October 4th, 1860. This legal document is in the effort for Lyman Hendrick to sale ONE acres of land (with a house where Bradford Hendrick lives) for $500 - AFTER his death, to Ellen Hendrick (1851-1866).
This document is signed by LYMAN HENDRICK (photo # 6) in Fairfield, Franklin Co., Vermont on June 4th, 1860. Size of this legal document is: 8 1/2\" by 13 3/4\" inches and in EXCELLENT condition.
NOTE: My records (from \"Find-A-Grave\") tells me - Ellen Hendrick was born in 1851 to Bradford & Ellen Hendrick. Records found here shows she DIED: September 16th, 1866 at the age of 15. This land was where Bradford Hendrick (her Dad) resided.
