Up for offer is a circa late 1800s antique stoneware jug marked 4on the bottom of the side handle. It has fantastic distinguishable colors of brown, orange, golden brown, tan and gray throughout the jug. The colorization on this vessel is just superb. It weights almost 17 pounds and is huge at 16.5\" high with a 35.5\" diameter at the widest part. Multiple photos of this jug have been provided and in different lighting so that you can see for yourself. There are also a few typical minor in-the-firing surface flaws which only gives the piece more character.
