A soft icy look inside the quartz. In direct light the crystal shows a strong rainbow close to one termination and a few tiny ones along the body. There is also a yellow-brown mineral inclusion inside the crystal, most likely iron related. Around this inclusion you can see fine internal fracture lines that add to the internal landscape of the stone. At the thicker end there is a small natural surface indentation where one of the internal structures reaches the polished surface. This is part of the crystal and not a later damage chip. The layered internal growth patterns typical for Brazilian Lemurian quartz.📸See all photos for detailed representation.
