I have a big batch of more than 100 Archie comics that I’vesplit into two lots of 50+. They’re all cover dated July 1974 or earlier, so plentyof laughs and silliness from over a half-century ago.
This lot is simply A to E: “Archie” to “Everything’s Archie.”It includes “Chilling Adventures in Sorcery” #1, which is GVG.
Condition of most of them is “Good” or“Good Minus” – i.e. reader copies. Nearlyall of them have some spine roll, a little or a lot, rust on the staples,and plenty of wear and creases. But 90% have NO missing pages, or big tears orchunks missing, or stains, or brittle pages. Between the two lots, ONE copy hasa detached cover; ONE has a detached centerfold; ONE has a little scribbling onthe back cover; and ONE has some water waviness and foxing. Not bad for a batch that’s 52-53 years old.
