There is a "SG" marking "SAGINAW" on these original unissued USGI Recoil Plates, and bolts. The finish appears to bedark parkerized or dark blue. Please look at the sale pictures for the unissued condition of these original Recoil Recoil Plates, and Recoil Plate Bolts.
