Painted: Optional paid professional hand-painting uses non-toxic acrylic paints, requires additional production time and may vary naturally. Larger painted statues may ship partially disassembled to protect fragile components.
Paint Updates: Once your order starts the painting step you\'ll be notified and asked how and if you want to receive bi-weekly (twice a week) image updates on your order.

Assembly: Test fitting, assembly and painting are required. NO GLUE IS INCLUDED.
Finishing: Supports are removed as much as possible from larger pieces. Smaller fragile pieces are kept on supports for safe transit and to prevent misplacing them. We recommend using nippers to carefully remove these smaller pieces.
Minor cleanup, sanding, fitting, filling, and surface preparation may still be necessary.
Shipping: Printed to order, inspected and carefully packed, with bubble wrapping where appropriate.
