Just a great 1970s Marvel monster book. Dracula and Werewolf by Night square off on an excellent Mike Ploog cover, with the cover itself calling it “The Fight to the Finish!”
Ploog is a major part of the appeal here. His work on Werewolf By Night, Ghost Rider, Man-Thing and Monster of Frankenstein helped establish the look of Marvel horror during the early Bronze Age.
This issue also features a new origin of the Werewolf and completes the story begun in Tomb of Dracula #18.
