According to the original Certificate of Authenticity included with this set, these Antique Jewelry Knives were manufactured during the late 1960s and early 1970s by Colonial Knife Company.
The display itself proudly identifies them as having been manufactured in Providence, Rhode Island and makes one particularly important statement:

The display contains eight miniature folding knives, each featuring its own distinctive handle treatment.
The collection includes an assortment of:

The certificate is marked as distributed by McCoy Knife Co., Mt. Ida, Arkansas, with Colonial Knife Company / The Paolantonio Family identified on the certificate.
This is a vintage collectible set and is being sold exactly as photographed.
⭐ THE GOOD STUFF:
The display contains all 8 knives.
The Certificate of Authenticity is present.
The knives remain mounted in the original-style display presentation.
The set also remains sealed/wrapped in plastic.
⚠️ IMPORTANT PACKAGING CONDITION:
Although the set remains sealed, the outer plastic wrap is NOT perfect.
There are holes, punctures/tears, scratches and general age/storage wear in the plastic covering.
The display itself also shows visible age and storage wear.
We are intentionally NOT opening the package.
We would rather preserve the set in the condition in which we found it and allow the next collector to decide what happens from there.
Please do NOT interpret “sealed” to mean pristine or factory-perfect packaging.
It means the set remains wrapped/sealed as photographed, but the plastic has damage from age and storage.
