Clean, very collectable, as well as ready-to-use pieces, customized for and that were used at that very nice looking once prestigious Restaurant, LA CARAVELLE, which opened in Mid-town Manhattan and was in operation from 1960 to 2004. It shows typical signs of normal age/ use while having a great antique look as you can see from the pictures. The handles are silverplate while their blades are stainless steel.
