🔥 FINE ANTIQUE CARVED GILT COVE FRAME Taos Southwest Impressionist Arts Crafts For Sale

This fine antique frame features a deep, smooth, running ogee scoop (cavetto) that steps down toward the sight edge & displays delicate, repeating geometric floral(?) patterns embossed along the curved panel with suttle carved details to the outer edge. These features along with the antiqued gold gilt finish and distressed wooden texture make this frame highly appropriate for a Southwestern painting or colorful fall landscape. The rabbet measures 14.25" x 19.25" x 3/8" deep. The overall measurement to the outer edges is 17 7/8" x 22 7/8". No makers marks are present.
