Vintage DeVilbiss Style Perfume Atomizer Black Gold Encrusted Art Deco Bottle
An elegant vintage perfume atomizer attributed to DeVilbiss, featuring a striking combination of glossy black glass and richly textured, gold-encrusted decoration. The tall, graceful silhouette has a beautifully shaped pedestal base, decorative gold-tone fittings, and a curved atomizer tube that gives the bottle a distinctive Art Deco appearance. Measures approximately 8\" high with a 2\" diameter base.
The atomizer has been fitted with a new black woven bulb and tube, both in working condition. The bottle is free of chips and cracks, with minor areas of gold decoration loss consistent with age.
The textured gold decoration extends across the upper neck and lower body, creating a wonderful contrast against the smooth black center. The bottle is unsigned but has been attributed to DeVilbiss based on comparisons with examples featuring similar decorative techniques.
