*It is a good idea to check the lead, cadmium etc. content, of all dishes, pottery, glassware, metalware, wood, etc. especially vintage ones! Many dishes even newer ones and pottery have unacceptable lead content and and are not safe especially for children and pregnant women! Cracked, chipped, or scratched dishes can leach lead, etc. These are vintage so please check about this or use for collector purposes only.
