This is ONE beautiful vintage KEEN KUTTER, 2-blade BIG SWELL CENTER knife made between 1870 -1940 based on the tang stamp. It measures 3-3/4\"in the closed position. This knife appears not ever used very much at all, and is as tight as when it left the Factory floor, or very close! Both blades are full with a nice shine, it has been cleaned very nicely at some time and both the blades have hard locking tight 90-degree-1/2 stops. Both blades do sit in the right position open and closed and have a nice shine and razor sharp! The main blade has a long nail pull with a 1-1/8\"swedge on the top spine. The main drop point blade tang is stamped E.C. SIMMONS KEEN KUTTER with their KEEN KUTTER Emblem stamp. Both blades have great hard snap, like a big bear trap! The handles are SIMPLY GORGEOUS LIGHT HONEY COLORED MATCHING HEAVY JIGGED BONEwith no chips or cracks or any imperfections. It has brass liners and steel pins all tight and right! It has a shiny nickel silver pinned bowtie shield and also shiny nickel silver beautiful scratch and ding free front Double Crimped bolster and beautiful perfect rear bolsters. This is a very nice and tight vintage KEEN KUTTER 2 blade SWELL CENTER KNIFE that has been taken care of, that would make a get collectible for any collection, about as nice as they come that I have seen in a long time.Please let me know if you have any questions andthank you for looking.
