This is an exact scale cut out / silhouette of the iconic m1a1 thompson sub machine gun.
Used by GIs and Marines alike, this blowback operated sub gun packed a mean punch. Chambered in .45 ACP it had knock down power along with some pretty serious muzzle climb.
It been in movies, pictures and posters all around the world. Almost anyone can spot the Thompson.
This is made from 16 gauge steel sheet, and cut on our CNC plasma table. Right here in Chelmsford MA.
Shipped to you in raw steel, ready for paint if you choose. Many people like the brown “wood” and simply just oil the raw steel to make it appear blued.
Hang this in your house, behind your bar or wherever. Makes a great conversation piece or at the very least will raise some eyebrows.
