VINTAGE 1876 WOODMAN'S TACHOMETER SPEED INDICATOR. IT IS ABOUT 3-3/4 INCHES LONG AND IS MARKED: WOODMAN'S PATENT SEPT. 12, 1876. I FOUND THE EXACT ONE ON ANOTHER LISTING, AND IT WAS LISTED AS BEING MADE BY HENRY DISSTON & SONS. I CAN NOT VERIFY THAT INFORMATION. THE PIECE SHOWS SOME RUST NICKEL LOSS, AS SHOWN IN THE PICTURES. SEEMS TO WORK PROPERLY, BUT SHOULD BE OILED TO WORK MORE SMOOTHLY.
