I remember finding this lamp shade in one of L.E. Smiths back yard storage sheds. They were with the glass block pavers I also purchased at that time. It was in 1999. I'm not sure when they made these shades but it was definitely before 1999.
It is numbered
There were only 260 made but not sold to the public. I think these shades were made for the same company the pavers were made for. PCC USA.
Either way it is a gorgeous piece of history.
The diameter is 18 inches from tip to tip.
It is 5.25 inches high.
The assembly hole is 3.25 inches across and the center hole is 1.5 inches.
The "lip" height is slightly under a half inch.
I'm not sure if this could hang from a ceiling. It is very heavy.
Then again I know nothing about lights and fixtures lol.
This shade has never been used or displayed in any way. It's been stored away since the day I bought it. If anyone else has one or has more information they'd like to share. PLEASE do! I know what I was told the day I bought it so that's all the information I have to go on.
