Practically New, all pages still in tact! The only writing in it was the fire, police and hospital #s way back in prob the 1950s in Ocean Springs, MS 39564 which was written on the first page and I have a photo of that available for you to see. Every other page is blank and in great shape! No missing pieces of pages either.
