Vintage Pre-Griswold ERIE No 3 Cast Iron Yankee Bowl Ex Restored Cond For Sale

Vintage pre-Griswold ERIE No 3 Yankee bowl in restored condition. Yankee bowls are just not as common as Scotch bowls and are getting hard to find in good condition. The bottom surface has hints of utensil scores and light pitting from corrosion. These are nearly undetectable as you glide your fingers over a near glass smooth surface. No chips cracks or repairs.
This item is from an old collection and was cleaned and seasoned, then stored for many years. Because item was stored for many years, there may be spots of light surface rust. This can generally be washed away then re-seasoned before use. This item is photographed in very bright light to highlight fine details.
